At PrepSOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
